Abstract：
中职学校实践教学过程中,班主任具备着非常重要的教学和人生引导作用,能够针对中职学生的日常学习与生活以及思想品德产生非常直接的影响.班主任作为班级的重要管理人员,除了需要担负起教学的重要责任之外,还是实现学生与家长之间良好沟通的重要媒介,因此班主任的工作质量将会直接影响学生们的学习成果以及思想品德养成效果.
