正面管教是一种既不惩罚,也不娇纵的管教孩子的方法.本文结合小林同学的个案,具体阐释了我是如何在班级管理中通过"学会倾听、建立规则、给予关注、为别人付出、尊敬师长"五个阶段,陪伴小林同学不断成长、践行"和善而坚定"的教育理念的.
