    新课程的背景下,学校教育更加注重培养学生的素养.数学是小学课程中的基础学科之一,其教学的重要性不言而喻.因此,作为数学老师,要在新课程背景下进行改革,调整数学课堂的教学模式,转变授课的思想观念,为学生的素质养成奠定基础.通过做好课前准备,合理引导课堂授课,积极进行课尾评价,重视课后复习等方式,实现数学授课的体制增效,实现小学生的能力与文化协同发展.
