    在目前的城镇规划中，大部分城镇都希望抓住这个城镇化高速发展的机遇，进而真正实现城镇的跨越式发展。因此，很多城镇以大量增加城镇建设用地空间作为主要手段，有甚者提出要在短时期内让城镇的建设用地面积增加至一倍以上。
