    高中的班主任在学生的日常生活、学习、感情各方面都发挥着非常重要的作用.老师在承担着班主任进行工作的同时,应尽最大的努力,充分利用自身的知识发挥优势,并改善自身的不足.本文分析了高中教授生物的老师在作为班主任的劣势与缺点,并针对缺点和一些不足提出了相应的改善方法,以期提升班主任的工作质量.
