Abstract：
就当前的体育教学而言,教师主要将精力放在对学生的身体机能的训练上,即,教师关注的是学生在锻炼中的成绩.其实对体育教学而言,仅仅关注学生的体育测试成绩是不够的;教师要将学生作为一个鲜活的人看待,要更全面地去提升他们的体育水平.因此在教学的过程中,教师需要从教学的方式上、形式上去提升学生的心理水平与体能素养.
