    作为新农村建设的关键环节，农村土地流转工作具有极强的综合性，同时也要受到多方面因素的限制和影响。文章针目前农村土地流转工作实施过程中遇到的现实问题展开讨论，分析了其对土地流转工作推进的具体影响，同时详细论述了如何更好进行新农村建设过程中的土地流转工作，希望以此促进新农村建设的更好更快发展。
