    新课程理念下的激励性评价在学前教育中起着至关重要的作用.幼儿教师不仅要尊重每一个孩子,还要善于及时发现每一个孩子身上的闪光点.在儿童游戏化教学中,灵活运用令人兴奋的教学评价,可以使幼儿产生"我相信,我能行"的心理信念,从而激发幼儿的学习动机,诱发儿童的学习兴趣,促进幼儿身心健康.每一位幼儿园老师都努力营造愉快、轻松、和谐的教学氛围,让稚嫩天真的孩子在充满欢笑和欢笑的掌声中自信快乐地成长.
