    Abstract：

    差生亦称"后进生",其实没有永远的差生,但有不想学或不会学的学生.只要我们给所谓的"后进生"多一点关注和肯定,多用乐观的发展的眼光去看待"后进生","差生"其实也能变成优生.本文主要总结了几点后进生的特点和产生的原因,提出了几点个人在转化后进生工作中常用的一些措施.
