    Abstract：

    2015年,国务院办公厅发布了《乡村教师支持计划(2015-2020年)》,计划强调要到2020年,努力创造一支专业素养较高、拥有奉献精神、乐意扎根乡村的教师队伍,努力实现乡村的教育现代化,对乡村的教育资源公平提供有力的保障.地方师范类学校肩负着培养乡村小学教师的重要责任.但是,从目前情况来看,乡村小学教师的培养路径还不是很清晰.文章总结了乡村小学教师应该具备的综合素养,从多个角度构建了乡村小学培养的路径.
