新课程标准对教师教学有了新的要求,教师要注重培养学生的独立自主学习能力,既要培养学生的基本学科素养,又要注重学生综合能力的提升.教师要努力满足不同学生的个性化需求,保护学生的学习积极性,在教学课堂上促进所有学生的全面发展.
