    Abstract：

    小学低年级是打基础的关键性阶段.积极在小学低年级语文教学中培养小学生的语文核心素养,不仅有利于增强小学生阅读理解能力,而且对于促进小学生全面发展具有重要作用.本文笔者将以核心素养视域下小学语文低年级读写能力培养为研究课题,旨在深刻领会新一轮小学语文课程改革核心要义,充分结合语文教学现状的基础上,提出高效培养小学低年级学生读写能力的具体策略,从而推动小学语文课程改革取得实效.
