    在时代与城市化进程不断加快的背景下，建筑行业发展更加迅猛，同时对工程检测过程也越来越重视。我国建筑工程检测技术起步发展较晚，是一种新型技术，目前还不成熟，因此需要技术人员不断深入研究，优化和完善检测技术水平。基于此，本文通过某工程实例，对建筑工程主要技术发展特点展开分析
