Abstract：
中国当前的职工基本医疗保险"统账结合"的制度模式,已经运行了二十多年,在实践管理中逐渐暴露出一些问题.本文通过分析其取得的成就和存在的问题,并结合国务院对新一轮职工医保改革指出的方向提出具体的改革路径.
