Abstract：
伴随着时代的发展,我国的教育理念开始发生明显的变化,相对于从前应试教育的态度,在当前的教学活动当中更加重视促进学生个体的全面发展,更多的倡导素质教学.基于此,每一位教育教学工作者都应当主动的去思考,将教育的重点放在促进学生个体发展层面,开展有效的益智课堂教学,推动学生思维开发,实现个人的全面发展.
