    随着我国社会生产力水平逐渐提高，物质生活条件愈发优异，人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高。科学的建筑布局需要结合城市商业、文化以及景观等各方面因素，进一步满足人们对居住环境的需要。笔者将结合新型人居模式框架，对住宅小区建筑设计进行深入探讨。
