    地铁站作为列车停靠、乘客上下的建筑物，具有空间紧张、施工困难、涉及专业多。造价高等特点。由于地铁建设的特殊性，车站的设计建造时间往往持续很久，其土建和机电部分的设计和施工通常分开进行，通风空调作为下游专业，在实施时土建已基本完工，土建的错漏往往需要通风空调专业消化，故地铁站的通风空调设计与施工配合就显得尤其重要。
