    Abstract：

    高职生队伍目前已经成为了我国高等院校教育的一只强大的生力军,按照国家对职业教育的规划和重视,今后学生数量将继续居高不下,但大部分高职生因为种种原因,呈现出在校状态不佳、学习态度不端正等问题.本文旨在从研究高职生学习动机现及其主观幸福感的现状入手,探索出提高高职生学习效果,最终实现教育好、培养好这支队伍的目的.
