    随着高校不断深入发展,教学管理方式、理念日趋多样性、系统性和全面性.本文基于学生视角,从"以生为本"的教育理念出发,通过建立数理模型,探究高校教学管理与学生综合素质培养之间的相关关系,优化教学管理模式,从而提升高校教学质量,不断推动高校内涵式发展.
