    Abstract：

    面对快速发展的社会经济，城市发展进程正在不断加快，随之人们生活的环境受到的污染也越来越严重，这样就需要开发各项可再生资源，采用各种节能技术等，从而就要对住宅建筑进行不断优化，提高住宅建筑的能源消耗利用率，实现良好的住宅建筑节能效果。鉴于此，本文主要对优化住宅建筑设计的方法进行探究。
