    Abstract：

    数学运算能力是学生在学习数学过程中最基础,也是最重要的一部分,培养学生的数学运算能力,是每个教师的任务.随着新课程的不断推进深入贯彻,对教师的专业教学能力要求也在逐渐提高,教师在整理好课本内容与要求后,开展教学的主要目的是让学生能够将所学习到的知识应用到生活中.在基于核心素养的前提之下,教师在课堂中要让学生学会数学,通过课堂教学逐渐培养学生的运算能力,进一步也可以促进课堂教学质量的提升.本文就核心素养视角下,提出一些关于初中数学教学中学生运算能力的培养策略.
