    Abstract：

    出租车是机场乘客重要的交通方式之一,合理安排机场出租车和乘客不仅关系到出租车司机和乘客的利益,甚至还关系到机场的交通稳定.本文通过分析研究与出租车司机决策的相关因素,基于HS模型[1]理论,综合考虑出租车司机的以往经验、实时动态的可观测状况以及其他一些不确定性因素(如天气状况、是否机场交通的高峰期)等,建立了以出租车司机为决策主体,以A、B为备选方案,以两种方式的收入与成本的差即净收益函数为决策函数的决策模型.
