Abstract：
随着我国当前建筑行业的不断发展,加强建筑工程项目管理是非常重要的,不仅可以实现资源优化性配置,还有助于提高工程的整体效益,因此在管理工作中需要将动态化管理思维落实到不同的工作环节中,形成一个合力共同提高建筑工程项目管理的针对性.同时还需要解决在以往工程管理中的问题,从而使得建筑工程项目管理效果能够得到全面的提高.
