    Abstract：

    体育教师想要优化课堂的教学,就需要认真考虑将教学的方法变得更加多样化,并且在课堂教学中进行实践.因此,教学研究的对象就定为小学生的体育课,教学目标是体育教师"好教",学生"好学",将"双手在技能教学当中的巧妙应用"作为教学基础,总结、分析实际教学中的例子,最终产生系统的"妙用巧手"的教学方式.
