树人先树德,"德"被放在了教育首位,这就表明了德育教育的重要性.班主任作为德育工作的直接实施者,在德育工作开展中发挥着核心作用,这就要求班主任加强对德育工作实施的深层次研究,在对其多元化探索的过程中,构建更加科学与创新的德育工作方法体系,真正提高德育工作开展的实效性.本文就小学班主任如何切实做好德育工作做了研究.
