Abstract：
当代中学生不仅承担着更大的学习压力,也通过网络媒体等有了更多接触社会的途径,很容易受到不良影响,心理健康教育和思想品德教育已经成为了教学工作中不可缺少的基础性工作.在积极心理学视野下,心理健康教育有了全新的思路和方向.本文简要介绍了积极心理学,在该理论下提出了一些构建中学生心理健康教育模式的路径.
