Abstract：
初中生学习的化学知识都是比较基础的,不过在进入高中以后他们学习的化学知识会更加的深入、复杂,并且经常要学生自己去动手进行化学实验,还需要他们自己去创新,培养对化学学习和化学实验的兴趣.在实施化学教学工作的时候,教师需要对学生进行引导,让学生能够将自己的初中化学知识与高中的结合起来,才可以通过科学的方法使其融会贯通,让学生能够过度到高中化学知识学习的状态中来.
