Abstract：
随着社会经济的不断发展,国家教育部门加强对学生的教育和管理,提升学生的学习能力和综合素质,注重发展学校的德育教育,能够帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观,从而实现人生的健康全面发展.关于中职阶段教育行业的发展,更需要倡导国家推行的素质教育政策,同时提升学生对德育品德方面的正确客观认识,能够有效实现学生的心理健康发展,为学生的未来就业发展奠定重要的基础.本文主要针对中职德育教育在素质教育的必要性发展进行系统分析,仅供相关人士借鉴.
