    为学生终身需要而加强听说训练,一是让耳朵竖起来听,让学生听有所记,从兴趣入手,激发学生去听;从笔记入手,激励学生来听;二是使嘴巴动起来去说,让学生认识到说的重要性,让学生乐于参加说的训练,让学生做到善说从而享受说的乐趣.
