    Abstract：

    初中数学课程是培养学生抽象思维的基础课程,能培养学生的逻辑思维能力,为学生终身学习夯实基础,所以初中数学学习至关重要.而初中数学实施教学时学生基础不同,能力不同,性格特点也不同,统一的教学模式既不能满足优等生的学习需求,又会加重基础薄弱学生的学习负担.只有实现分层教学才能把握学生的普遍性与特殊性,有针对性地实现每一个学生的科学发展,达到以人为中心的教育目的.
