Abstract：
在新课改的教育背景下,教师应学会使用小组合作的教学方式,对于现有的教育方式做出合理化的变革.利用现代化的教学模式,充分提升学生的学习效果,让学生在小组中开展课堂学习,为学生和教师之间、学生和学生之间营造一个良好的沟通模式,保证学生的课堂学习效果.
