Abstract：

近年来,我国各个地区大量的高校,根据社会汽车领域的实际人才需求和预计用工需求,开办大量与汽车相关的专业学科,为国家培养大批汽车方面综合型、专业型人才.同时,这些高校汽车类专业的创建,为地方相关人才的迫切需求提供了极大的支撑,阶段性的对既定地区汽车市场的迅猛发展而带来的人才紧缺现象产生缓解作用.
