Abstract：
数字经济变革关键时期,如何培养出企业和高校所需高素质技术技能型人才,提升高校学生就业率和升学质量,是高校面临的一项重大难题.就此,本文以数字媒体艺术专业为例,首先分析了校企合作背景下高校人才培养模式创新的重要性,其次讨论了校企合作背景下高校人才培养模式存在的问题,最后建议从建设合理的产学研合作体系、构建双赢利益沟通机制、健全人才共享机制方面进行优化,为数字媒体艺术专业校企合作提供些许参考.
