    "互联网+"背景下,作为大学生教育管理工作的重要组成部分,大学生职业生涯规划教育的机遇和风险并存.要想体现"互联网+"对大学生职业生涯规划的实质作用,高校需要在明晰大学生职业生涯规划的影响因素基础上,抓住"互联网+"背景下大学生职业生涯规划的积极影响及不利挑战,更好地找寻具体的应对之策,从而为实现学生个性化发展提供一定的理论参照.
