    通过山东省肿瘤医院质子中心全面实施总承包管理，提炼、总结出质子医疗建筑施工总承包管理基本做法及经验，项目实践表明该方法的应用，有效的解决了复杂质子医疗建筑施工总承包组织协调与管理的难题，为类似的项目实施提供了一定的经验。
