Abstract：
高层建筑暖通设计直接影响高层建筑的实用性和舒适性，对高层建筑的后续使用具有重要意义，但由于高层建筑暖通设计的复杂性和综合性，在实际设计过程中，设计人员要受到多方面因素的影响，为保证高层建筑暖通设计质量，进一步提升我国高层建筑暖通设计水平，本文在现有暖通设计的基础上，明确影响暖通设计的主要问题，并进一步提出相关解决策略，可以有效提升暖通设计成效，满足住户的实际暖通需求。
