    随着经济发展，城市化水平提高，建筑行业规模不断扩大，越来越多大型建筑项目建设起来，导致行业竞争越发激烈。而为了能够占据竞争优势，需要确保工程质量管理，提高质量监管水平。基于此，本文就建筑管理中加强建材质量监管展开研究，首先阐述了其作用，其次针对其中的问题提出一些措施，以供参考。
