    抗震性能是建筑物必须具备的一项基本功能，为提高民用房屋建筑的抗震性能，确保其符合国家标准规范要求，必须采用科学、有效的抗震技术。文章对常见的抗震技术进行了分析，并探讨了抗震技术在民用房屋结构中的应用思路。
