    城市不断发展，人口逐年增加，务工人员不断涌入城市，人们对于城市环境的要求越来越高。生态环境保护是进入21世纪以来人类最重要的课题，而城市建设也将生态保护，提高生活环境质量加入到了规划设计中。除了满足市民日常生活、居住和交通出行的基本要求，在这些基础上要将生态环保，绿色环保融入其中，实现人与城市与自然的互惠共生。
