Abstract：

在实施乡村振兴的过程中，人才队伍建设是重要基础。习近平总书记指出“要推动乡村人才振兴，必须把人力资本开发放在首要位置，强化乡村振兴人才支撑。”本文针对当前乡村发展环境和阶段特点，对吸引人才返乡创业，促进人才振兴的实施路径进行了探讨。
