    本文针对生物质发电厂项目建设面临的风险展开分析，内容包括政策风险、技术风险、竞争风险等，通过研究电厂接入系统设计、燃料供应系统设计、热力供给问题处理、投资估算问题处理、做好环境保护工作、进行机组合理选型等项目建设要点，其目的在于优化项目建设内容，提升建设项目的可操作性。
