    Abstract：

    当前我国经济建设突飞猛进，但资源消耗与环境污染问题不断加剧，人们的环保观念不断增强，对建筑工程行业提出了新的要求。要求在绿色施工理念的引导下开展工程管理工作，将新的管理模式渗透到工程建设各项环节，制订绿色施工方案、采用环保材料、加强人员管理与现场污染控制，以此开辟施工管理新路径，促进建筑行业的绿色可持续发展。
