    近些年我国建筑施工项目一直呈现快速增长的趋势，如何有效降低工程造价是每个建筑企业重点研究的课题。但是，在实际工作中影响建筑工程造价的因素非常多，因此我们应对这些因素进行系统的分析，并采取相应的控制措施，以提高建筑工程项目的经济效益与社会效益。
