    Abstract：

    在社会经济的快速发展过程中，人们对能源的需求量越来越大，能源与经济发展之间的矛盾逐渐显露。为缓解人们对化石能源的依赖，必须大力开发以风能为首的新型能源。本文首先对我国风电建设工程的发展现状进行了概述，介绍了现阶段发展风电建设工程的重要意义，并对风电建设工程项目施工重点的管理内容进行了探析。
