Abstract：

随着城市的快速发展，人们的需求与生活之间的矛盾越发的明显。为了满足人们日益增加的需求，城市的功能越来越复合化和复杂化。而有一部分80、90年代建造的建筑，对于现在的社会需求远远不能满足，但是并没有达到其使用年限。城市更新、建筑改造油然而生。
