Abstract：

面对当前激烈市场竞争环境下，我国建筑工程施工企业要想保持稳定发展态势，那么就必须紧跟时代发展步伐，充分调整传统施工进度管理模式，站在工程现场施工环境下，事先制定合理化施工进度管理方案，确保施工人员能够高效开展建设任务的同时，也能够获取到预期理想的施工效果，提升施工企业经济效益以及社会形象。
