    现阶段，国家对于交通的建设越来越重视，私家车的增多，人们对快速、便捷的道路提出更高的要求，公路的建设越来越多。然而，一条好的公路不仅仅是在建设时注重质量，在后期养护中，养护工作的顺利进行更是一条公路的可持续发展条件。由于人们“重建轻养”的思想严重，目前我国公路养护管理工作中存在许多问题，影响了公路的运营。
