    Abstract：

    苏南传统产业强镇的快速城镇化带来一系列现实问题，在高质量发展语境下亟须转型。本文首先指出此类城镇应当以塑造产居人文生态一体化发展的转型典范为使命，结合具体问题探讨从生态保护、产业创新和城镇建设三方面的转型发展思路；并依托无锡市洛社镇洛南新城规划进行实践探索，以期对类似项目提供有益参考。
