    产业是城市发展的物质基础和动力源泉，在城市发展中起着决定性作用。近年来，临沂市产业发展水平和竞争能力明显提升，为建设现代产业新城奠定了良好的基础，同时也面临产业层次偏低等诸多问题。本文从临沂市产业现状入手，分析了现代产业体系发展状况及存在的问题，提出了构建现代产业体系、加快建设现代产业新城的措施建议。
