    我国国土面积广阔，土地资源在社会经济的发展中具有重要作用。伴随我国社会经济快速发展，城镇人口数量不断增多，导致城市人均土地资源不断减少，再加上经济发展往往伴随着环境污染、资源浪费等问题，给土地资源管理带来了严峻挑战。强化土地资源管理十分重要，要节约集约用地，对土地资源进行高效、合理的应用，才能实现土地资源科学管理。
